We had a great stay in Luigis apartment during our trip to Rom. The apartment is perfectly clean, has a lot of light and offers everything you need. We can’t rave about this place enough. It is immaculately clean and has everything you can possibly need and more. Being only about a 10 minute walk from the metro was a great. Luigi was an outstanding host right from initial contact. He was extremely helpful with everything from how to get to the apartment to getting around Rome to restaurant suggestions. Luigi was a great host, everything was as described, he was always available for assistance and was very helpful when I needed anything.The apartment is amazing, brand new, clean and everything worked great. Easy to walk to Vatican City and to get around Rome. There is a grocery store across the street and several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone. Luigi’s apartment is 10/10; made even better by his perfect hospitality. He was proactive in his communication, warm and welcoming when we met, and nothing was too much trouble. My friend and I loved our stay - the apartment was in a local neighbourhood which houses many beautiful cafes and restaurants and it is close to the bus interchange which makes commuting to the city centre a breeze. It is also walkable if you prefer to get your steps in and see the nooks and crannies of this city that is so rich in culture. Luigi's apartment is absolutely perfect! We spent 11 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Luigi met us with a bottle of wine, helped to get us in and thoughtfully took us through all of the apartment details. Luigi's place provided comfortable mornings, restful evenings and great Wi-Fi when needed for work. He has accounted for everything, including a comfy bed. Having a grocery store so close was super convenient. As a host, Luigi provided the perfect balance of attentiveness and respect of privacy, and his apartment felt like a home away from home. Wir haben acht herrliche Wochen in Luigis toller Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig, hat ein Gästezimmer (Arbeitszimmer) mit eigenem Bad und einen kleinen Balkon. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, schnellem Internet mit vielen Anschlüssen). Wenn irgendwo was geklemmt hatte, sorgte Luigi für schnelle Abhilfe. Die Kommunikation verlief immer lösungsorientiert und freundschaftlich.Wir haben uns auch in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch den 100m entfernten Busbahnhof gelangt man fast überall hin. Die nächste Metro-Station ist 10-12 Gehminuten entfernt. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt, Frisör, Schneide, Copy-Shop (Druck von Emails, Fotos) eine tolle Bar (Napoleoni), 2 Straßen weiter ein vorzügliches , preiswertes Ristorante (Giacomelli). Perfect ☺ The best choice we could have made for our stay in Rome. Beautiful apartment, even better than the pictures! Very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable with all amenities provided for a short or long term stay. Luigi is a friendly and thoughtful host, always available to reach and all communications with him were very professional. The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to all attractions either by public transport (bus stops right outside the house, metro 10min walking), although we mainly enjoyed walking to most of the sights and the historic centre. Casa dotata di ogni confort,aria condizionata già accesa Prima del nostro arrivo,tecnologia che ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto gradevole come il robot aspirapolvere,Alexa, Netflix tutti servizi che non ci hanno fatto sentire nostalgia di casa😁. Pulizia impeccabile e al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato acqua fresca e una bottiglia di prosecco che abbiamo ben gradito. La casa è vicina ad un supermercato super fornito, aperto con orario continuato,bar e attività di ristorazione eccellenti. Zuhause fühlen in Rom: Perfekte Wohnung und perfekter Gastgeber! Besser geht nicht. ☺Die perfekte Unterkunft für 3 Personen in Rom! Zentral in guter Wohnlage (Busbahnhof um die Ecke, zu Fuß 10 Minuten zur U-Bahn, 15 Minuten zum Vatikan, guter Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, viele Restaurants, Geschäfte in der Nähe) aber unglaublich ruhig im ersten OG mit Blick zu einem großen grünen Hinterhof gelegen, hochwertig und elegant (u. a. 2 schöne Bäder, schnelles WLAN, großer LED, modernste Technik, tolle Küche mit allem, was man braucht) mit viel Stilbewusstsein, Geschmack und einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Design ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer war überhaupt der beste und netteste Gastgeber, den man sich vorstellen kann, noch dazu in jeder Hinsicht großzügig. So wurden wir mit Wein, Bier und Leckereien empfangen und konnten am Abreisetag noch bis abends in der Wohnung bleiben! Jeder Wunsch (auch schon im Vorfeld, als ich wegen einer Erkrankung Sonderwünsche hatte) wurde perfekt umgesetzt und man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass der Gastgeber immer präsent (aber nie aufdringlich) und mit Leidenschaft dabei ist, um einem das Gefühl zu geben, zuhause und unter Freunden zu sein. Und genau so jemanden wünscht man sich auch zuhause als Freund. Wir wissen jedenfalls, wo wir wohnen werden, wenn wir nach Rom zurückkehren! Caro Luigi, grazie mille per l'ottima vacanza! ☹Wirklich alles war perfekt!
